Chatted with HR person in warehouse office room, did numeracy/literacy test and was taken on shortly after. Pleasant guy who seemed genuinely keen to learn more about me and my goals.

Disgusting process, starting from the initial email, very pushy. Glad I turned them down. The MD is awful. To all sales individuals you are worth more than this look elsewhere.
