I was reached out to by a recruiter who was wonderful, but ultimately the interview process at Amazon felt extremely long and demanding, with multiple rounds and a required assessment that involved a significant amount of work. While I appreciate structured hiring, the level of time and effort expected before an offer felt excessive and ultimately made the process less appealing to me.
