I applied through university. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Bangalore Rural) in Aug 2025
Interview
I recently attended an SDE interview and had a positive experience overall. The interview started with a brief introduction and discussion about my projects and technical skills. The interviewer then moved on to coding questions focused on Data Structures and Algorithms. I was asked to explain my approach before coding and discuss the time and space complexity of my solution.
The technical discussion also covered core computer science concepts such as OOP, databases, and basic problem-solving techniques. The interviewer was friendly and gave hints whenever I got stuck, making the session more of a discussion than a rapid-fire test.

Interview
The overall experience exceeded expectations due to the exceptional attention to detail, consistently professional communication, thoughtful execution, and impressive reliability throughout the entire process. Every aspect was handled efficiently, resulting in a seamless, highly satisfactory outcome that demonstrated both expertise and a strong commitment to quality.
Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.
