I applied for the early career profile which is part of the techU program. The interview had 3 rounds.
First, online assessment related which included work style assessment, behavioural and some technical (generic) questions. Technical questions was based on storage, networking, security, storage, application and normal IT questions. This was timed on.
Second round was a phone screen (not video). Almost 45-60 mins, asked many technical questions and 2 Leadership principle based question.
For the final round, there were 4 individual rounds of 45 mins each back to back. For me, 90% was Leadership principle based questions. Search LP amazon. Prepare at-least 2 scenarios for every LP and communicate that in STAR format. The questions wont be direct. They will ask like, Name a time when you handled a project from start to finish. That sort of pattern which links to a certain LP (Ownership, in this example). Prepare a lot of situations and scenarios. If you do not have anything on your own for some, try to make one, that your colleague or friend might have done in their work. One thing you need to ensure is that, you know that situation really well. Practice saying it in STAR format. Be specific. Results should be quantitative. They need specific numbers like how much profit did you make as a result? depending on your scenario. Always remember to say 'I' and not 'We' for the tasks you did. They are interested in things you did. At the same time, also mention 'We' for the things done as a team. So that they know you are a team player as well.
Lastly, speak with confidence. Try to relax. They are very friendly people.
Wish everyone a good luck!
