It was a very long 5 hours loop interview. They focus on Amazon leadership principal. The outsome is very unpredictable. I worked there as a contractor and was interviewed for their perm role, I spent over 2 days to prepare for the interview, but I still did not get an offer despite my job as a Recruiter there is prepping my candidates for their final interviews.
