Way too much time spent on the process. 5 hours of interviews in a day is excessive. Similar questions in each interview, so it felt repetitive. In addition, they tell you upfront you'll get no feedback. The coaching ahead of time is unique and would have been enjoyable if it hadn't been so focused on the candidate adapting to how Amazon interviews. There isn't a lot of space to be yourself. Not to mention they actually say "we work at 70% capacity and share resources" which often translates to "you will be expected to do more work to cover that 30% gap". After the first couple of interviews, I lost interest in the role and I think I bombed the rest of the interviews.
