Interview process took a while. I've been through 6 rounds of interview with 5 different people each time except for the last one. The range of difficulty was between easy to average difficulty.

Not sure the aws so called leadership interview framework actually effective, A lot story telling elements. HR and interviewers communication poor, Hiring manager last minute fhost you, very bad behaviour.
