Interview 1 - 30 minute interview with recruiter very straightforward Interview 2 - 60 minute interview with someone in the same role you are applying for. They will ask several questions about your experience and skills. Then will ask questions about their leadership principles Interview "3" - THE LOOP - 6 hours straight of getting interviewed, each hour a different person or group comes in - All of them ask questions about your experience but through their leadership principles - You will need at least 30-35 examples from work experience because they tell you NOT to repeat examples at all over the 6 hour period - Advice - go on youtube there are several videos with examples of questions and how to answer

Despite having learned about Amazon leadership processes and practiced for the interview, it seems the interviewee expected to hear answers in a specific way.
