The process is tense and very loaded. You meet multiple managers & sometimes you get asked the same questions. The are based on you being able to show the level of logic and customer care you have.

Interview
Interview rounds include aptitude tests, vocational tests and personal interviews. Prior to the interview, the interviewee receives an email with helpful links to learn about the company & interview process. A phone call from an interviewer will also brief you on the types of questions you may expect. Communication skills are important.

Very detailed interview. I had 3 separate people interview me in sessions..1 at a time. You are tested on product knowledge as well as scenario based questions
Overall it was a pleasant experience.
