I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jan 2024
Interview
The process lasted 2 months. There were (in order): 1 screening test, 1 inteview (by itself), 5 interviews (in the same week, about 1 month after the first interview). The recruiter was very helpful and the interviewers were pleasant. However, I did not get a offer because there was an internal candidate and internal candidate get priority
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioural based questions (talk about a situation in which you did X)
I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process starts with a prerecorded video interview. You receive the questions on your screen, record your answers, and upload the video. If you move on, the next round is a virtual interview with a real person on Microsoft Teams. The questions are pretty straightforward—they mainly ask about your previous experience and include a few behavioral questions using the STAR format.

Interview
Tell me about your background.
What attracts you to this role?
What type of clients have you managed?
How many years of experience?
What is your career goal in next 5 years
I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The process took around 4 weeks from application to offer. It began with an online assessment focused on logical reasoning and marketing case analysis, followed by two virtual interviews and one final panel with senior managers.
The first round was with HR — mainly behavioral and background questions:
“Tell me about yourself.”
“Describe a campaign you managed and what metrics you used.”
The second round was a functional interview with two marketing managers. They went deep into analytical thinking and creativity — one question was:
They wanted structured thinking, consumer insight, and local market awareness.
The final round was panel-style (3 interviewers). It felt conversational but intense — they probed on cross-functional collaboration, brand guardianship, and how to handle disagreements with senior stakeholders.
Overall impression:
Interviewers were professional, sharp, and respectful. Every question felt intentional, and they genuinely wanted to see how I think rather than test memorized answers. The pace was fast but not stressful.
