Very informative and helpful for my career development, the questions are very tricky so adequate preparation is required, Prepare heavily for the technical and behavioural questions. I love their interview format.

Various ways to improve complexity of an algorithm
Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.
