I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Amarillo, TX)
Interview
The interview process was structured and thoughtful. It began with an initial screening call to discuss my background and interest in the role, followed by one or more rounds of interviews with team members and stakeholders. Each stage was focused on assessing different skill sets—strategic thinking, communication, and technical expertise—through a mix of behavioral questions and role-specific scenarios. The team was communicative and respectful of time, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company’s mission and culture at each step.

Question 1
One standout question they asked was: "How would you evaluate the success of a product launch in a new market?"
It really stuck with me because it required both strategic thinking and practical execution. I appreciated that it wasn’t just about metrics, but also understanding the local context, user behavior, and how to adapt the go-to-market approach accordingly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Madrid) in Nov 2024
Interview
Very long. 3 steps and interview with CEO trying to escape jet crash from his own company in London the worst step of his life was the fact that the company had been forced out by the government
