Was given email invitation to complete an online assessment. Upon completion, the candidate was contacted by HR within 2–3 days and invited for an interview.
On the interview day, a briefing was conducted by HR, followed by the completion of an application form. Then, I attended an interview session with both the Hiring Manager and the HR representative.
