Interview
My interviews at Ambient consisted of an initial technical phone screen, followed by one day of technical and experience-based interviews. The questions felt relevant to actual software engineering challenges (no brain teasers). The interviewers were all great to talk with and did their best to answer my questions about the company and role as well.
Post-Interview follow up was among the best I've seen. The recruiter was responsive and spent plenty of time to walk me through the process and any questions I had. Everyone really seemed to care about my experience as a candidate, which was great to see. Many nice touches along the way, from sending an Uber Eats voucher for the day of the interviews, to setting up time with one of the founders to give me a thorough demo of their product.

Interview
I felt they were confused themselves what they are looking for. In the guide they mentioned they give preference to complete code as compared to optimized code. I wrote complete code with all test cases passing, and yet they didn't proceed further. And didn't even share a feedback even when I explicitly asked for it
