My interview process was a little unique from the typical ones. It definitely relayed back to "who you know". I actually interviewed with the corporate marking director and the student housing Vice President. The very next day after interviewing with the marketing director the student housing VP personally called me to offer me the job and meet with me on the next day.

The interview process wasn't stressful at all. It was two parts; one by the student workers (my future co-workers) and then with the property manager. It was laid-back; but informative.
