1 hour of 1:1 technical interview to check you technical skills, thinking ability, ideas and knowledge of unix,sql,and some scripting language.
I gave it for testing profile so they asked me some basic questions on SQL and UNIX. One question to check how can i test something, like they ask me 10 things to test in a ATM machine.

To be honest though for engineering role, people rarely ask questions directly linked to the leadership principle. I have never seen people asked “Tell me a case where you disagreed with your manager and how you solve it”. Usually they will ask you some technical questions where you have to code on whiteboard, discuss your solution with you and infer how well you fit with the leadership principle. For example, I may keep asking you “what if” against your solution, or I will purposely nit picking your solution to see how you respond.
