Met three people in all - direct manager, his manager and an HR coordinator.
Of these, the HR were the least relevant - almost a rubber stamp.
The direct manager asked a few technical and somewhat technical questions, none of which were very complex.
The indirect manager was more interested in interaction questions - given that at least some of the role was outbound with clients.

I applied as a software engineer and grew in the company to be a software architect today.
There was one Online technical round comprising sections of coding , logical reasoning , aptitude. It was followed by face 2 face interview after a week. Overall everything was smoothly organized. I had applied for Amdocs Cyprus at that time.
