1. Skill Test - 4 hrs
2. Tech Interview - 40 min
3. HR Interview - 20 min
On Freshers Drive Interviewers are looking for your Logical & Analytic skills apart from tech skills. you should be confident in whatever you say. Make sure that you listen to interviewer properly. Good Communication skill is a plus.

2) Technical Test - SQL, C/C++, Unix - SQL questions were bit confusing, so do Unix
3)Face to face interview - Average interview - Strings, linked lists in C/C++, Unix commands for text manipulation

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
