Interview
There were two technical rounds in which first was technical and the second was technical+ managerial. I've cleared first round and In second round they have given me assignment to complete and that too I've cleared.
I didn't call from hr for two days then I called her back then she said that I guess you are selected but I need to confirm once then she called me back saying that the position is closed.
I was never expecting this from Amdocs. If you guys clear all the rounds don't expect that they will take you. Chances are there that they won't take you if they get the candidate with less pay.

First round is HR screening call, second round will be technical where you will be asked for questions related to your current role and some
technical questions and last will be managerial round. Overall just read the job description and prepare accordingly.

Interview was quite good and easy. Simple technical questions. Interview process was not long. The interview process was very easy and smooth. High experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
Good experience with Interview, There were 3 Rounds in total 1 TR, 1 MR and 1 HR round each of 30 minutes. There were 2 interviewers in the Tech round.
