A recruiter reached out to me about the position. He asked me a few HelpDesk questions which were pretty easy. he told me about the position and asked if I was interested. He sold me on being in a FT, 401K and opportunityfor growth.

Interview
The interviewer was rude and was not all that friendly. Focusing on Outlook issues. And spoke rude because he said users are rude. he was not clear with the shift.
A phone screening will first be conducted. The recruiter would first email a candidate worksheet and company background overview. During the pre-screen, recruiter would ask few questions relating to AD, VPN and TCP/IP. They seek the answer in as much detail as possible. STEP BY STEP procedure should be provided as your answer.
