Let’s see. I interviewed for 6 months by 8 people, all via Teams.. Not one person I spoke with seemed to even know what position I was interviewing for….every single man had a different idea what the roll was. Basically was told by the recruiter I was dealing with to expect a job offer and that I needed to be ready to start in August. Then they ghost me, I see a supply chain job had been posted the next day, essentially boosting my entire resume & clearly wants someone with a lot of experience for $50k/year. Good luck with that.

there really was none. it was very informal. My hiring paperwork was wrong and it took over 30 days and multiple emails to get it corrected. my position changed without warning or discussion
