America Steel Trade interview questions

I was interviewed for an operations specialist position, and it was a comprehensive yet focused experience. The questions primarily revolved around my ability to streamline processes of international trading, optimize workflow and tie management, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the contract workflow. During the interview they also asked my knowledge about international INCOTERMS and experience working with contracts and invoicing. Overall, during the interview, the manager provided a snapshot of the company's commitment to operational excellence and highlighted the importance of a candidate's ability to contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization and importance of detail orientation.
