Do not interview here at the Prosper store! They play BAIT AND SWITCH games! I went in to interview for receptionist position and there was not a receptionist position however she tried to get me to be an optician! Sneaky, unethical store! I drove 20 minutes and she WASTED my time; when she could have been honest on our phone interview! Beware and pass on this company! No integrity!
They took me to a small room, and I was met by the General Manager and Assistant Manager. The interview probably lasted about 30 minutes or so.
I was able to hear back a week after the interview.
Very nice and respectful. Asked me the basic questions like past work experiences and what goals I have for my future. Lasted only about 15 minutes out of the 30 minute time slot that was listed in the scheduled interview.

Interview
Phone interview was very straight forward. The manager called and we discussed my availability and what was expected of the job. The manager sounded as if she was ready to hire me on the spot.
