Interview process was very forward. I applied and 3-5 days I got called in for an interview. The interview was quite simple and I enjoyed it. The manager was very nice and the team was very supportive towards one another.

I didn’t apply for Americas Best, received a request from indeed that they were interested. The interview was okay. Ended up being told that they’d been interviewing for 2 weeks and had a few more interviews to go, that part I didn’t like and knew it was a no-go. STAR method questions. “Tell me about a time..
As long as you can answer yes or no questions, you are hired. I’m sure even if you couldn’t answer yes or no questions, you’d still be hired. It’s an easy process and they are usually extremely short staffed with a high turnover rate so they are always desperate for people.
First interview is with the two assistant managers, individually. If they both agree you would be a good candidate, you will be called in for a second interview with the store manager.
