Kind, friendly, and understanding. The company is very understanding with the interview process as well as willing to accommodate the interview process as well. The person I spoke with did well with the COVID guidelines.
The interview process was, surprisingly, fairly easy. I’d say to just be yourself. Answer honestly and ask questions of your own. Also, research the company and what their mission, vision and values are all about.
