I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at America's Test Kitchen (Boston, MA)
Interview
Pretty standard interview process. Phone screening, hiring manager, team members and technical assessment. Was told it would take around 3 weeks to hear a final decision. After a month, I followed up with both the hiring manager and recruiter. No response.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at America's Test Kitchen (Boston, MA)
Interview
Received a request for a phone screening ~2 weeks after applying through LinkedIn. Spoke to a producer about my experience working in television and radio production, and asked her about the company culture and her journey climbing the ranks at ATK.

Question 1
How familiar are you with radio production software?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at America's Test Kitchen (Boston, MA) in May 2025
Interview
Four interviews over a couple of weeks with a take-home data/analysis case study.
At every step the staff I interacted with were respectful, polite, and kind. When I didn't get the offer the news was given over a phone call, instead of over email—which added another touch of class and differentiated ATK from other companies that are hiring. I already respected ATK going into the interview process and still do coming out the other side (even without having gotten an offer).

Question 1
Questions were not very technical. I got the sense that the team were trying to understand my experience but also how strong of a cultural fit I would be in their office.
