Several interviews before hiring. From HR to the team lead. Very thorough process to make sure an employee is a right fit for the company culture. Every one I spoke to were very open to answering any questions I had and being honest and transparent through out the process.

Interview
Applied, within days got an interview request, met with the Advertising Manager, was asked to meet with the Publisher as a final interview, and met with them the following week. All was paced well. Publisher said an offer would be made the following week. The offer (or a decline) was NOT made in that timeframe, nor the next week. Given the pace of the interviews and smaller office, that seemed off to me. The base salary for an experienced salesperson seemed low, and no meaningful detail was provided on OTE compensation. It made me lose excitement pretty quickly, especially when I didn't hear anything in the meantime.

Interview
Very thorough, multiple interview process. During Covid-19, had 4 virtual interviews. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant, and easy to speak with. I very much enjoyed the entire process with them.
