Run, don’t walk away. My interview experience raised major red flags. The process felt more like an attempt to gather free consulting advice than to assess candidates, and the role is reposted so frequently that it’s hard to believe they’re serious about hiring. Proceed with caution.

Would I be ok working in office 9-6, 5 days a week.
Like others, I was cold called by the chairman and asked to interview. It was a very strange interview. He’ll ask you to walk him through your life, starting from where you were born. Another red flag is you’ll need to be in the office five days a week, with set hours. It’s an odd amount of inflexibility for a vice president. Run, don’t walk.
