I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2009
Interview
One interview, getting an interview was pretty much getting the job. I showed up 2 times after applying and one male manager seemed like a decent guy said he could tell I really wanted it he took my name and put my app on top he said. I came to interview and bombed it out of nervousness and had poor answers compared to the other 2 people interviewing with me. Yet they hired all of us. Maybe she liked the fact i was nervous and needed the job or maybe she knew she was hiring all of us.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Many questions had to do with customer interaction and im naturally shy so i made up the best answers i could. Nothing seemed unreasonable or off the wall.

Application
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
