I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters
Interview
I was looking for a part time job to make some extra cash and just went in and asked if they were hiring. They gave me a little card and contacted me the next day for a group interview. It was one of the supervisors conducting a group interview of about 5-6 people.
Asked very generic questions-- why do you want to work here, what can you contribute to the team. Since this was very obviously a sales position--they asked if we had any previous experience in sales (didn't seem to be too preoccupied with this one). The interviewer then asked each person in the group a different question (one was "sell me this pen"). They also asked us to detail our previous experiences and etc.
Only one round--after this, they called and offered me the job.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
