Phone interview. Was asked a few questions about customer service and how to act in different situations. Entry level role so very easy. You'll be allowed to ask any question you want answered.
Simple process, very efficient hiring team, great communication. Two interviews and a background check. Very enjoyable process and am excited to be part of the team at Amex global business travel.
