Interview
I met with the hiring phlebotomist in Frankenmuth, mi at one of the nursing facilities. She walked me thru the their drawing process. I shadowed her while she showed me what to do with the specimen and paperwork. Finally she shadowed me while i drew a patient and followed thru with the the process that she had shown me. I continued to finish the whole facility being shadowed. We drove to another nursing home. She showed me how that home would have the patient draw books. Then I completed that home. We did four nursing facilties that day. She explained to me about the hiring process. She set up a date and time for my background check. Explained what i would be getting paid by the hour and I would paid mileage for using my personal vehicle. But I would only get hourly pay if I worked over forty hours a week. I would get paid my the home. She explained the on call shifts and what hours i would expect to be on call. The on call shift pay and what i would get per call per patient.

It wars a joke. They hire people without verifying any info. They are just trying to fill positions at this point. This company burns through employees but never asks why they loose the employees.
