Interview
I was told to have an interview next day and the lady on the phone told me it is a management position. However, I went to the office the next day the interviewer told me that they are just hiring sales representative and told me that they do not want to waste my time if I am not flexible to be a sales guy. I do not have such plan so I reject. I think if you show interest then you will be asked to attend a presentation with many other candidates.

They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.

the process is quite easy and average there are many steps and details provided to get through in the process and you need to go through and clear all the steps they asked multiple questions like the experiences related to the industry etc and one important thing the check your potential and strengths which can help to grow the company
