This place is about quantity over quality instead of focusing on proper selection and development they opt for hiring 50 people to do 1 or 2 sales on family members then they quit but they added 100sales to their business... then the cycle begins again add another diverse random group of 50 people for commission sales and maybe 3 are suited for the constant grind. You will pay for your own license and see if you could build your own connections for sales. Please if you have experience don’t waste your time and if you want to explore sales make sure they pay you both salary/ hourly and commission.
