I walked into an overwhelming about of candidates scheduled for interviews. The initial interview seemed very comfortable and easy. I had specifically asked though this is customer service not a sales position? He explained it wasn't and offered me a 2nd interview in 10 minutes and I accepted. An hour half long presentation with a room full of 20 other candidates. The agent told me her whole life story. I mean I know her college, summer story, what her parents did, where her brother lived, and the three states she lived in. Lots of computer presentation as well. Then to fill out a psych evaluation. Only to inform me at the end I would need to purchase a certificate and the online course to get the certificate. Don't get me wrong you have the funds to do this and the time to invest I think it would be an exceptional opportunity. Don't lie to me and waste my time though when asked if this is a sales position and you reply with no. How do you know what candidate to choose when you are giving me your spiel. I know you need to see the interest people show because they will need this in the field but once again that would be for sales something I'm very much not interested in.

Talked on zoom for 20 minutes. Past job duties, comments about benefits, flexibility about work schedule, high volume inbound calls, when available to begin working, am to work overtime if needed
