phone interview, face to face with store manager and then face to face with regional manager. I was then asked to take a skills test. They also performed a background and drug test. Everything took about 2 weeks to complete.

It took a long time for the Regional to get back to me.when they did it was very pleasant and went very fast. She asked me about my experience and what I was looking for in a company. If I was interested in advancement. Where I went to school. Talked about the experience and expectations.
