There were 2 interviews. The Personnel Chairman was involved in both and communicated with me throughout the process. Past Department Presidents participated in the interviews. The Secretary/Treasurer sat in on the second one. When I asked her a question, she indicated she had been told not to say anything during the interview but apparently was allowed to answer my question.
