Intensive interview with fair questioning. Candidates are asked about situations regarding finances/development and growth. Several phone interviews with two managers, both offering insight and asking questions. Again, fair and open for questions and comments. Picking of the brain for ideas and techniques also helps to show your own work regimen and accumen.
Contacted By the Recruiter followed by 2 rounds of interview , 1st round with the Sr, BA and Supervisor and 2nd round with the PM and Director. Each interview was for 30 minutes
Had a 2 stage interview. The first one was a phone call with a small calculation problem involving math equation skills. The second one was a face-to-face small case involving ROI, NPV.
