The first interview was by phone. The recruiter was great, and answered all of my questions.
The second part was an in person interview.
I initially was greeted, late, by the manager who actually conducted the interview, Later, we were joined by another manager who basically sat in the corner with a pen and a notepad, I assume to take notes. He never spoke or asked any questions. He mainly sat there just kind of smirking. It was very uncomfortable.
The interview was done is a small office, with the door open. The main interviewer would ask me a question, and while I was answering, look past me to someone behind me at the open door. A couple of times someone came in to hand her some paperwork.
I was told that they were going to make a decision that week and that I would be contacted with their decision. I never heard back from them, not even the basic "we've decided to pursue other candidates" rejection email.
It was bar none the most unprofessional, worst interview I have ever experienced.
