Interview
Entire process felt like pulling teeth to get anything scheduled after the initial HR screening interview. Had to follow up more than once for updates and overall didn't seem like they knew what they were looking for. Final interview lasted only a few minutes because they cared more about my ability to research and regurgitate facts about the company over my actual skill set. Honestly feel like I dodged a bullet with this company.

Interview
The interview process included:
Video interviews with leadership,
Discussion about background, process, working quickly.
Leadership seemed stressed and over worked. Something didn't add up.
Ultimately I decided the salary was incredibly too low for a senior level. Best of luck finding someone.

Interview
The interview process involves several rounds of video interviews and on site interviews if you are local. My interviews were all remote. You will likely have to do a free merchandising or product design project as an example- a PowerPoint Presentation involving your interpretation of some key product categories utilizing their product line and competitors.
They also told me the job was "more creative than you might realize" but once I got the job they told me on a regular basis this is NOT a creative role. There was quite a bit of bait-and-switch in the interview process.
