The HR person asked for a time slot for a phone screen. When HR person had a conflict at that time I gave a alternate time and they didn't bother to either confirm or give a alternate time for the phone call. I had called the person next day to ask to speak with me and then scheduled a time for a phone screen. Not at all professional. When the call came the HR person was more interested in getting to know my Salary information than my profile. It felt like they were trying to low ball me with a salary number to make me feel very uneasy.
