1 round teams interview, behavioral questions. The interviewers seek to know your character and work ethic and how you could benefit the office you might work for. Standard "tell me about a time when" questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you took initiative on a project and how did it go?
Short phone call with someone that wasn't from the university. It was clear they were hiring a large number of new people at the time and not much care was put into the hiring process. That is both a pro and a con.

Interview
Easy interview, basically just asked what my major is, what my hours available are, what my past experience is. Very simple and easy to answer, especially since this was a student position.
