The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American YouthWorks (Baton Rouge, LA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Phone interview with pretty basic questions. It was a long interview. Really just trying to make sure you are going to be ok with the type of work and living situation. Asked a lot about group dynamics.

Interview
The interview itself was a pretty straight forward phone interview. All of the usual, expected questions were asked. The process to schedule the interview was very unorganized though. I had to email them multiple times to get a definitive date and time for the interview. During the actual interview the interviewer seemed bored and very unprepared. There was little structure to the interview; they jumped around a lot from topic to topic. I felt like they didn’t value my time enough to organize the interview properly.

Interview
They were nice enough. Too bad when I went to training I realized most of what they told me wasn't true. I was very unhappy with the interview overall. The more I learn about the staff, the less I like them.
