The interview process includes an initial phone screening, a skills or role‑play assessment, a conversation with the hiring manager, and a final review of experience, metrics, and cultural fit before an offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ameze Management (Beaumont, TX) in May 2014
Interview
Very easy, but mostly a conversation, set expectations right away, did ask about lifestyle and did talk about what the job would entail, but not everything. Did say that there was a lot of opportunity, also did not really stay organized. They called back right away but did not know when paperwork was done or drawn up. Had a lot of interviews weekly, but did not choose very many people
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ameze Management (Beaumont, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Sat down and briefly reviewed the position and what you would be doing on the job. The interview process consisted of a few questions that involved whether or not you would be a good candidate for the job. The woman I talked to over the phone convinced me that the position was a retail customer service position and made sure I realized that this position was not a direct sales position. I thought this sounded ok so I agreed to sit down for an interview. It turns out that the position is indeed a sales position after further questioning with the interview manager. I don't appreciate the fact that one person says one thing and another person says another when it comes to the job that they are hiring for. It was a waste of time for me and incredibly unappreciated.
