I came in for a formal interview after a brief phone interview. I met with Mike Dow and Kyle Branday in the Woodbridge office. We talked candidly about my experiences, pros and cons of other places I've worked and interned at, about my goals and aspirations, etc. the interview lasted for about 45 mins. A lot of that was all of us getting to know each other. They were interested in getting to know me and spoke very openly about their own career paths, what they saw as the vision for the company. Mike and Kyle laid out their expectations and spoke about the culture of the company and they were really spot on as everything has been as they described. I felt very comfortable and at ease speaking with both of them.

Management did a brief telephone interview and was offered an in person interview which was scheduled promptly and they worked around my schedule. I was very impressed with Mike and Kyle's knowledge base and with their overall approach. Their patient first attitude really spoke to me and I found they backed that up once I started working and certainly since that point.
