The process was fast and straightforward; the interview date was posted on the job posting so there was no surprise around what day it would be held. The interviewers were polite and thorough and allowed me the chance to ask questions as well.

I had a phone screen that lasted around 25 minutes. The interviewer asked me about my work experience, goals, my reason for applying for the opportunity. We discussed gaps in my experience related to the job posting and how I would approach those challenges. The call ended with the expectation that I would hear back from her in a couple of weeks.
