The process is very smooth. I got several rounds of phone interviews, in which the interviewers asked my past project experience and coding questions. They did not ask me to onsite because of the long distance. The recruiter and hiring manager are extremely nice and professional, they spoke with you like a good friend, you won't feel any pressure. Their offer is very competitive but I finally choose to stay at east coast due to family reason.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amobee in Dec 2020
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, then had an hour and a half interview that covered my background ML, Stats, and a simple coding question.
It's been a 2 months, haven't head back. I was really excited to interview here; I didn't expect to be ghosted. Kind of a bummer.

ML questions, statistics questions, and a simple coding question.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amobee in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process is well-organized and streamlined. After two separate phone interviews, I had a detailed phone interview with the Hiring Manager, which really helped me to understand the work culture and the types of problems they strive at solving. The HM was an extremely knowledgeable and straight-forward personality who knows what he is doing. He did a great job speaking from the heart.
I was also impressed with the recruiter, Farri, who helped me understand the total compensation package and ensured my best interests through every step. This helped me tremendously to come up with my numbers. At the end, it seems a fair package.
I was asked about my projects as well as several problem solving and design questions – involving algorithms + DS and probability/combinatorics problems.
All the interviewers were knowledgeable, nice, and patient. I was offered constructive hints to solve the problems when stuck. The biggest positive was they wanted me to succeed rather than to fail.
Before the first interview, I suggest candidates should research online, especially about their projects and architectures.
