Amp Marketing interview questions

I talked to Doug and he said he would speak honestly with me, which I really appreciated. It was for a sales job so most of it was him testing me on how well I could keep a conversation and think on my feet. He also went over getting through the no's so that I could get to yes.

Overview . Background check. Personality mostly was defined during interview. Professionalism matters. Retail experience mattered. Smile, show your teeth. Smell good. Dress appropriately. Don't slouch. Company preview. Group setting at first. Then two at a time. Be aggressive as a sales representative. Be polite as an employee.
