It is more a skills evaluation process than an interview. But the process has several stages which are well organized and flow rapidly. Well planned stages, good communication and professionally conducted.

Question 1
The three stages of the process are based upon skill level ("show us what you can do") test assignments. One must get a passing grade or drop at each stage. I am working on the final step which will take about three hours to complete. Feeling confident about proving myself to the recruiter.
You complete an English test, in the form of a questionnaire, submit your own writing piece which they provide a them for and then you get moved into a direct interview with a recruiter.

Some multiple choice questions and then a research test and a writing test. The website options for the writing test were both a little strange. The recruiter was quick to respond and polite.
