The company requests a writing sample instead of a traditional interview, which is convenient. However, when rejected, you don’t receive any feedback, just an automated rejection email. The sample is difficult, but seems worth it. The gig seems like a solid deal, very desirable, but it feels like there’s a wall blocking the communication between a potential candidate and the recruiters. It would be nice to have some pointers on how to improve incase one would like to apply again.

It was held through workello. First stage is an assessment test. Second is a test article. The test article is sent if you pass the first stage. For the test article, it’s quite difficult and you have to follow the requirements to the T
